1986 Fiero
A case of 'shoulda done this the first damn time'; the gold '86 I have was going to kill me with all of the little things wrong with it. On this one everything works, it doesn't have a sunroof power mirrors or a rear defroster, but everything works, EVERYTHING, almost like it's 1989 or 90 all over again; it only has 65,8something miles on it. Got it for 4150.
UPDATE: 4-speed Fiero's with a V8 are fun! The gas mileage... not so much. Early November 2009, I took it down to The Fiero Factory in Toney, AL to get the conversion, the old V6 gave up the ghost 3 miles from the shop. Got it back two days before Thanksgiving, that was a very, entertaining drive back to Maryland. The motor is a 4.9 V8 out of a '93 Sedan Deville, I think, I got it written down somewhere around here. If I went with the automatic that came with the 4.9 my gas mileage would be sane and 70 mph wouldn't equal 4200 rpm, but I can spin 'em in first! Autos can't do that. The solid cradle mounts, 11.25 inch brake kit, Held Motorsports tubular front a-arms and coilovers are all on, but I ditched the 1 inch lowering ball joints, too much drop. When I get back from Korea I'll toss the flush mount headlights, they look cool, but I'm no longer a fan.
