This was my frist car that I have a lot of fun modifing till only about a year of having it I was fllying around some turns with bad tire (I knew too)
I lost control of the car after the road halfway though the turn drops 1 1/2" coming out of the turn did not have control of the rear end.
recovered and lost it 4 times before sliding into a
Mail box made of 1/4" steel (square) planted firmly 5ft in the ground
and then the concrete drain under the driveway caught the tire
ripped the wheel off, crunching the sub frame and suspension parts.
the front of the car was still going when the rear stopped
so the car did a 180% turn around in the air and landed on the other
side of the driveway and when it hit I heard a pot, it was the buckling of the drivers side rear pillar. I got to talk to the owner of the mail box
he put it there because it got destroyed so much. I'm lucky it didn't kill me if I had come in on the drivers side door it would not have been fun. Then mail box only skimmed it and did that, head to head would have been bad. The whole read part of the frame was bent about 1-2 cm.
What The Future Holds:
I parted out all the parts I didn't need and tore the whole car down to do a ture build up. I spent $3500 getting it straighted and now it lies in wait for funds.
I plan on putting a stroked LS2 (427) eninge in her and make it a
fully forged supercharged beast... but will see
It will take time... .... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ...
check out my DD and my old car too
