As much as I like you peach0rface, showing my turbo shitbox to all my friends is pretty low on the priority list. You'll see it when the stars align (i.e. the next time you plan a meet and happens to be NOT blown up).
PS. It should be back together the end of next week.

Hey! Thats what I get to do tomorrow on mine. I think the head has a crack somewhere around the #4 cylinder as I am burning profuse quantities of oil in that cylinder while having perfect compression.

I wouldn't expect a cracked head to hold perfect compression... You sure it's not the turbo?

Turbo has already been changed and it is acting exactly the same and also, if it was the turbo why would it be burning oil on just one cylinder?

Seals all in place and all in good condition. Anyway, I already have the new head and its all ready to be put on so one way or another I will find out WTF is causing my car to make impromptu James Bond smoke screens. :-p

Very strange. If it turns out to be the head you may want to research the "#4 Coolant mod" to keep temps lower and keep it from cracking again... or just beef up your cooling system in general.
New rad, 185* thermostat, etc.

Great way to waste 8 hours, take off your cylinder head and crack check it only to find no cracks then pull the #4 piston to check the bore and the rings to find no problem there. The really odd part is that the intake runner to #4 was soaked with oil, both in the head and manifold, but no others showed any traces of oil. The only thing that I can see is that there is a small scratch running vertically in the cylinder wall but it is small enough that it should not be letting me burn this much oil(30 mile drive on highway = 1 quart roughly).

I'll take a guess... That scratch in your cylinder wall could be producing blow-by (pressurizing your oil system) and pushing large amounts of oil out your PCV system into your intake.
When you go boosting do you find your dipstick popping loose?

Dipstick has popped loose but it burns oil even if I have the pcv completely uncorked venting to atmosphere.
