I got my mount from Medieval. It is a dogbone style with poly insert. It has eliminated clutch chatter and shifts MUCH better. Slop coming on and off the gas is gone as well as low speed bucking when the a/c cycles.

The drawback is the increased vibration. I think this mount is a little TOO hard for this vehicle. At idle or under 1300rpms you can really feel and hear the engine. Smooths out nicely above 1500rpms but it still transmits more noise. I might try filling the OEM mount with a low durometer poly and see how it compares.

If you're interested...

http://siteground207.com/~protegeg/index.php?cPath=23 Looks like they sell motor mounts for the 5 as well. AWR makes a good product. Most people with my car get that for their rear mount and love it.

I was recommended that site from the forums that I'm a member of... mazdas247.com. I'm under the 6, MS6, and Atenza section but there's one for the 5 there as well. Anyways, they're quick, have good prices, and easy to deal with. Got a set of spark plugs from them and will probably be ordering a Turbo inlet and Short Ram intake from them as well in the near future.
